“Refinement”, “elegance” and “world-class culture” are just some of the terms which define this New York City area known as the Upper East Side. It has long been regarded as Manhattan's premier neighborhood.

The portion of Park Avenue which lies between Lexington and Madison Avenue is an calm oasis with wide streets suitable for leisurely strolling. Featured in this area of the Upper East Side is lovely architecture and a median strip that offers a carpet of tulips in season, and various sculptures for year-round enjoyment.
There’s much more to the Upper East Side than the expensive condos, the great shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The Upper East Side Condos also have easy access to some of the city’s most exclusive private schools and best public schools.
